Hotel Caesar Prague is disposing with 3 different spaces suitable for organising of private or business meetings and various events. Capacity is up to 100 participants. All standard technical equipment is available in all of the spaces, price includes high speed internet connection, flipchart, beamer, slide projector, CD player, screens and many others. Coffee breaks, catering or other type refreshment is available upon request.
Meeting & Conference room
Meeting room is situated in separated part of hotel breakfast room. The area is 30 m2 with capacity up to 30 persons and can be increased up to 100 m2 when interconnected with the restaurant spaces. Meeting room has a private terrace that can be used for coffee breaks or other purposes.

Lobby & Garden
Hotel's spacious lobby with large bar is suitable for organising of various events like wedding parties, presentations, fashion shows etc. With the area of 80 m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people. Lobby is interconnected with a hotel garden by the bridge.

Breakfast restaurant can be transformed for event or conference use after 10 am. It is located in the central part of the hotel and is easily accessible from both inside and outside. Thanks to it´s large windows, profits of daylight and can be interconnected with a hotel garden. With 100 m2 area, up to 80 participants can fit inside.
