1. Do you prices include breakfast?
Yes, of course. Our prices include breakfast.
3. I am going to arrive late at my hotel, what will happen?
Your hotel room is held until 9am the following morning. If you plan to arrive later than 9am, please contact us at Your Prague Hotel Customer Club at +420-222.500.222 or send us an email to info@yourpraguehotels.com
2. Do children receive discounted rates?
Children receive discounted rates. However, all discounts are already calculated when you make the search. There will be no further discounts on the final display rate.
5. Will I be charged to my credit card if I don’t cancel my booking in time?
If you have not cancelled within 24 hours of your booked arrival time, we will charge one night to your credit card.
4. Can I pay for the room with Your Prague Hotels Frequent Flyer points?
Yes you can. Please contact the Your Prague Hotel Customer Club at +42... or reserve on-line. Please make sure to put your Customer Club card number in “COMMENTS” in the booking form.
6. Can I book excursions and day-tours at your hotel?
Your Prague Hotels have sales desks at the reception of all our hotels. If you wish to browse through the wide range of excursions we offer, we recommend to contact our Call Centre at +420.222.500.222 or send an email to info@yourpraguehotels.com. You can also choose this services directly in the booking form.
7. Is there a possibility of parking in your hotel?
Our guests can use the parking places in our 4* star hotels – Hotel Caesar Palace and Hotel Roma.
8. Where can I rent a car?
Your Prague Hotels have sales desks at the reception of all our hotels. If you wish to browse through the wide range of cars we offer, we recommend to contact our Call Centre at +42... or send a request to info@your-prague-hotels.com
9. Where can I buy gift certificates for the Prague Hotels?
Please contact our Call Centre at +420.222.500.222 We can prepare the gift certificate, charge it to your credit card and send it to you by mail.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Individual cancellations have to reach our Call Centre at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge one night to your credit card.
11. What credit cards can I use to confirm my booking?
At Your Prague Hotels all major credit cards are accepted, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Eurocard, American Express…
12. If an internet offer is valid, for example in June, may I make the reservation in June and stay at the hotel in different period of time, for example in August?
When our website states that an internet offer is valid, for example in June, the rate offered on-line is only available when staying at the hotel in June.
13. How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
To buy our first class pick up from the airport, send your order to info@yourpraguehotels.com with flight details or choose this option in the booking form. Our driver will wait for You at the Airport meeting point
14. How do I cancel or modify a reservation made on-line?
Reservations made on-line can not be cancelled by e-mail or telephone. Please go to our website, choose a hotel and click on “CANCEL RESERVATION” or “MODIFY RESERVATION”. Once you have cancelled or modified your reservation, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation or modification by e-mail.
15. How can I send enquiries and comments on this website?
You can use the “CONTACTS” link to send both enquiries and comments.
16. How can I make sure that my on-line reservation has been confirmed?
When making a reservation on-line, you are asked to put down your e-mail address. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Click on “SPECIAL OFFERS” to enter our booking system. We will confirm your booking immediately by e-mail. Just put date of arrival, number of nights and number of persons.

18. Do you allow pets at Your Prague Hotels?
Small animals are allowed in our hotels.
19. Do I have to give my credit card number in order to confirm my booking?
We do need your credit card number when you reserve on-line, by e-mail or telephone. The credit card number is only held as a guarantee. You may pay at the hotel in cash or by any major credit card (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, Diners).
20. Can I book more than one room at once?
Yes, you can book up to three rooms in the same booking.
21. Is Your Prague Hotels a registered company?
Yes, Your Prague Hotels is a registered company with the Chamber of Commerce in Prague.
22. Your prices have changed since yesterday, why?
Our rates change everyday, respecting the changes in the currency market. We have also many rooms available at many different rates. First we sell our less expensive rooms first, so just as flights are cheaper the earlier you book, so are the hotel rooms. "Lastminute" travel does not guarantee the best prices, we recommend you book ahead.
23. Are there any hidden extra costs ? Do you prices include tax?
Absolutely. Our rates are shown per room per night, with the final total being displayed all the way from our website search to your final payment. We do not add any extra costs at any point so you can be 100% confident that the price you see is the price you pay. We have already included taxes, credit card charges etc.
24. I am concerned about the safety of my credit card details. Is it safe?
Your Prague Hotels uses SSL technology, passing directly via the bank to ensure the safety of your personal data and credit card details. No one can access these details, not even the staff of Your Prague Hotels.
